PTO-SPONSORED PROGRAMS

READING INCENTIVE

This is a PTO sponsored program designed to encourage the students to read. Every month the students record the number of minutes read on special calendars. Students turn in their calendars at the end of the month, and are rewarded with a themed charm to attach to their bookmark which is given to each child at the beginning of the school year. Each month, students can earn a different charm.

ACCELERATED READER

The students at Hill-Roberts are very lucky to have the Accelerated Reader program at our school. All students take the STAR Reader quiz which determines their level. Books in our library are coded with a system of circular tags (Read More...)
